These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, or “User”) and Roberto Martínez Malagón (“I”, “me” or “Developer”), the creator and owner of Webdoline (“Webdoline”). By accessing or using the Webdoline application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.

1. What Webdoline Is

Webdoline is a desktop application for artists and creators to design and build websites. Most features run locally on your computer.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Webdoline.

2. License

• When you purchase Webdoline, you receive a personal, per-seat license.
• The license allows one individual to use the app on one device at a time.
• The license is indefinite: you can keep using the version you have for as long as it remains compatible with your operating system and hardware.
• Your purchase includes one (1) year of software updates and support from the purchase date.
• After that period, the app continues to work, but new versions and support are no longer included unless renewed.
• The license may not be shared, resold, or transferred unless explicitly stated.
• For refunds, I offer 7-days money back guarantee via the contact.

3. Your Artwork & Files

• Webdoline is a local, desktop application.
• Artwork, images, and files you import into Webdoline stay on your device.
• Your artwork is not uploaded, stored, or transferred to my servers.
• I do not analyze, scan, train, or process your images using AI or any automated content analysis.
• I do not claim any rights over your artwork or creative files.
• You remain the sole owner of all artistic content you use or create with Webdoline.
• You are responsible for backing up your files and artwork. I am not responsible for data loss caused by hardware failure, operating system updates, or user actions.

4. Privacy & Analytics

I collect data, only to improve the product.

The website uses Umami analytics:

• No cookies
• No personal identification
• Data is used internally and not shared or sold

The desktop app collects telemetry:

• To understand feature usage and help fix issues
• It is used internally only and not shared or sold

5. Acceptable Use

Please don’t use Webdoline to: - Break the law - Distribute malware or harmful code - Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the software

6. Updates & Availability

I aim to keep Webdoline reliable and improving, but I can’t guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Features may evolve over time.

7. Disclaimer

Webdoline is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Use it at your own discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim related to Webdoline will not exceed the amount you paid for the app. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, lost profits, or business interruption.

9. Feedback

If you send feedback or suggestions about Webdoline, I may use them to improve the app without obligation or compensation.

10. Termination

• I may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
• You may stop using Webdoline at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada.

12. Changes to These Terms

If I update these Terms, I’ll update the date above. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
